St Austell A30 Link Road
The Council is seeking to procure a Contractor under an NEC3 ECC (Design and Build) Contract for the construction of a new section of Road that links St. Austell to the A30 via the China Clay area. The Contractor will be expected to take a pre- planning reference design and produce a detailed design as well as undertaking the subsequent construction of the road.
