Leeds City Council is seeking to enter into 2 separate contracting arrangements with organisations able to provide a service providing suitable containers, the collection and subsequent recycling of the following: Lot 1 - Mixed Paper at all eight of our Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC's) and numerous bring bank sites located throughout Leeds.
