Exemplar New Homes

In support of Eden District Council declaring a climate emergency combined with the objective to develop sustainable housing to meet local needs, the Council wishes to undertake a pilot sustainable housing project. The pilot project is to incorporate the building of between three and five housing units to at least passive house standards. The homes would be for sale at an affordable price point.
