Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (the "Council") is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide cleaning services at the following sites: • Downshire Civic Centre, Ardglass Road, Downpatrick, BT30 6GQ and; • Council Depot, 24 Strangford Road, Downpatrick, BT30 6SR.
