Remove the full carriageway width between the kerbs from joint to joint and resurface during four night time closures of the west deck. 60m long HRA surfacing replacement, kerb to kerb, full depth. Where defective waterproofing is found this should be cut back to sound material. Best endeavours shall be to remove defective waterproofing, assumed as all exposed waterproofing.
