Debt collection agency, bailiff services, tracing and high court enforcement

Sheffield City Council provides a wide range of sundry debt services, and issues invoices to customers to enable them to pay for these. The Council manages these sundry debts using the Oracle Enterprise One Financial Management System. This contract relates to the utilisation of external Debt Collection Agencies to work with the Council to collect Sundry Debt Arrears and Housing Benefit overpayments.
