Support of HIV diagnosis patients with long term care needs

Suffolk County Council is preparing to procure a Support Service to deliver comprehensive, accessible and needs led community support for all People living with or affected by HIV (PLWH) and those who support and care for them. The Service will support PLWH to maximise their health, well-being, quality of life and promote social inclusion.
