Bristol City Council (BCC) owns approximately 27,500 dwellings and around 600 blocks of flats with a range of property types, including 1 bed bungalows, studio flats, 3 bedroom maisonettes, and 2-4 bedroom houses. Blocks range from 3 storey walk-up flats to 18 storey high rise blocks. There are 59 high rise blocks, 28 sheltered blocks and around 500 other blocks.
