Processing of recyclable materials including through a materials recycling facility

Newcastle Council & North Tyneside Council are seeking a suitable organisation to receive source segregated recycling material, collected using in-house teams, and for them to provide and operate a materials recovery/recycling facility to receive, sort and transfer segregated materials, all to suitably licensed merchants or re-processors.
