York and North Yorkshire City Leap Pilot

As part of the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero's (DESNZ) Local Net Zero Accelerator Programme, York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority have been asked to deliver a pilot project to understand if the Bristol City Leap model can be replicated in another place.
