A contractor is sought to undertake repair works to Grade II Listed Boundary Wall at St Mary's Heritage Centre, Gateshead. Tyne & Wear Building Preservation Trust is a small charity that has recently taken on a 99 Lease for the premises and received funding from the Community Renewal Fund to undertake these works.
