Birmingham & Solihull Youth Promise Plus (YPP) is a Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) endorsed initiative funded through the European Commission ESIF 2014+ European Social Fund and “Youth Employment Initiative” arrangements. The project covers the Birmingham & Solihull municipal areas which form the areas of greatest need within the wider GBSLEP geography in terms of youth engagement and unemployment.
