Young People's Confidential Online Counselling and Advice Service

Wirral Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of a confidential online counselling and advice service for 11-19 year olds (and up to age 25 for young people with SEN or disabilities) across Wirral.
