TD1537 - Dry Mixed Recycling Processing

Derby City Council ('the Council') is procuring a new contract for the processing of dry mixed recyclables (DMR). The Council requires a contractor to provide a Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) for the receipt and processing of DMR, and associated services such as marketing of the output materials.
