Entrust Public Key Infrastructure and HSM Licences renewal

The existing NHS- CIS Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) comprises a Level 0 Root Certificate Authority (CA), and two Level 1 CAs which provide the smartcard certificates for Authentication and Content Commitment.
