Integrated Lifestyle Service

The Integrated Lifestyle Service will provide information, advice and guidance; self-help tools; and evidence-based lifestyle interventions to enable individuals to achieve and maintain positive lifestyle changes, thus reducing the risk of developing chronic diseases which lead to premature morbidity and mortality.
