Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (the 'ICB') historically had a mixed Continuing Healthcare (CHC) operating model, with the Berkshire West CHC Service managed in house by the ICB whilst Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire CHC Services were managed by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust as an outsourced function.
