ForHousing - Bowler Yard, Pollard Street Development

ForHousing Limited (the "authority") wish to procure a main contractor to deliver the Bowlers Yard scheme located in the Northern Quarter, Manchester on a fixed price design and build basis, with the intention of starting development works in October 2023.
