FORMAL EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST INVITED PRIOR TO THE RUNNING OF A CLOSED TENDER: Lancaster University's Sports Centre, having been completed in 2011, is currently the subject of two phased extensions, Phase 1A and Phase 1B.
