Provision of Severe Mental Illness - Health Check, Vaccination and Screening

The contract has been awarded to The Confederation, Hillingdon CIC following market engagement to invite capable providers. The Confederation, Hillingdon CIC has been established as the only capable provider. The proposal is to support and encourage patients on the GP SMI register who DNA or decline SMI health checks, vaccine and screening.
