Requirement Summary: 1. To continue developing and finalizing the Operating (Op) Model design, including Clyde Op Model to provide oversight and assurance of the Service Delivery Group (SDG) and Service Delivery Improvement Group (SDIG), capitalising on the bespoke PA methodology employed to date 2. Support to Navy Command Service & Facilities Group implementation & requirements as part of FMSP Solution Design implementation in the Hard Facility Management (FM)/Alongside Services (ALS) lots.
