EBC HW Provision of a tractor (Valtra N134V SmartTouch)

Elmbridge Borough Council`s (EBC) Countryside Team manages 550 hectares of countryside comprising grassland, mixed woodland and heathland. Management of these sites involves the use of heavy agricultural equipment including an EBC owned tractor.
