The ultimate objective of this activity is to deliver a robust, well-planned and well-executed behavioural assessment and evaluation process that clearly identifies - for ITT scoring purposes - alignment (or misalignment) of potential ONR 'Tier 1' suppliers with the behaviours required by ONR in the operation of its future Technical Support Framework.
