Develop a Strategic Outline Business Case for Reopening Stonehouse Bristol Road railway station

The Council would like to commission consultants with an expertise in rail infrastructure planning, to work with the Council and partners to develop a SOBC for the proposal to reopen Stonehouse Bristol Road station, testing options and deliverability, with the objective of progressing a scheme towards delivery.
