Design Team - St Mary's Lighthouse and Visitor Centre.

The Authority is seeking the services of an architectural designer to provide a design team to develop the initial design proposals for the lighthouse and former keeper's cottages on St Mary's island at Whitley Bay to RIBA work stage 3 (phase 1), with progression to RIBA work stages 4 - 7 (phase 2). Phase 2 will only proceed if the Authority are successful in obtaining Heritage Lottery Funding stage 2 bid.
