Warm Homes Healthy People (WHHP) Programme

Bradford Council are seeking to provide the service with the aim of reducing `excess winter deaths` and reducing the likelihood of cold related illness for vulnerable individuals and people living in vulnerable households who are experiencing fuel and/or food poverty.
