GB-London: Place-based retraining for adults

Through this project, we would like a supplier to explore the linkages between adults, 'place', jobs and skills. It should enhance current LGA policy (building on Work Local and adult skills work - see below) enabling it to advocate on behalf of councils and combined authorities for a lead role, working with other partners, to anticipate labour market opportunities and challenges today and in coming years and help adults realise their potential.
