Planned & Reactive Maintenance for Authority Assets and Highways

Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a Contractor(s) to provide planned and reactive maintenance over the following works packages: buildings, electrical services and highways & civil engineering. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender via the Restricted Route, comprising separate Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 for the placement of a Contract for each works package separately or, in the case of Lot 4, for all works packages in one Contract.
