FM0965 - Framework for EPCs and DECs for Wiltshire Council

Wiltshire Council are inviting interested providers to join a new framework for the provision of EPCs (Lot 1) and DECs (Lot 2). The council has a stock of properties for which non-domestic EPCs are required at regular intervals, currently at a rate of around 60 per annum - to be reviewed subject to the ongoing impact of MEES legislation.
