Bess Road Kickabout Upgrade

West Swindon Parish Council is considering an investment in upgrading Bess Road kickabout. The Parish Council is inviting interested parties to submit ideas for a refurbishment. As a minimum it should include proposals for new goal ends and a new surface with lining with estimated costings. It is not necessary to provide hard copy images at this stage.
