High Intensity Users Service - East Riding of Yorkshire

The service will provide effective management, co-ordination and signposting of High Intensity Users of the local Emergency Department (ED) within the East Riding of Yorkshire area. The service will reduce the activity High Intensity Users have on GP Practices and will establish, utilise and coordinate multi-agency and existing professional services to negotiate a reduction in 999 calls.
