The MoD has a requirement to purchase marine aviation fuel (F44 or JP-5) and marine diesel (F76) to the Senoko Oil Fuel Depot in Singapore. This fuel is to be provided Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and this will be further defined in the ITT.
