Calderdale CCG - Provision of a Tier 3 Weight Management Service

Calderdale CCG is seeking to procure a Tier 3 Weight Management Service. The service will be delivered within the Calderdale footprint, according to the needs of patients and aligned to the principles of Care Closer to Home.
