This project is commissioned by the UKHSA Global Operations Directorate. The purpose of the project is to ensure that the Global Operations Directorate has a tailored, robust, and meaningful approach to VfM, which has been collaboratively designed and can be effectively embedded within the Global Operations MEL Framework.
