Hampshire, 0-5 years, Public Health Nursing Services (Health Visiting)

Hampshire County Council will be procuring Public Health Nursing Services (Health Visiting) for 0-5 years olds and their families who are resident in Hampshire (this does not include Portsmouth, Southampton or Isle of Wight). It is anticipated that the contract term will be 16 months plus options to extend up to a maximum period of 24 months giving a total maximum contract term of 40 months.
