WSCC IR: Ill-Health Liability Insurance for Local Government Pension Scheme

The Council are considering the purchase of an insurance product which covers the strain cost relating to Tier I and Tier II ill health retirements permitted under the Local Government Pension Scheme. The policy will offer insurance to employers of the local government pension schemes operated by West Sussex County Council against the cost of ill health retirements.
