Burial Chambers

Sheffield City Council is responsible for 16 operational cemeteries. Within 3 of these (City Road, Shiregreen and Tinsley Park) are designated areas to intern deceased members of the Muslim community. A number of years ago, the leaders of the Muslim community approached us to request that the option be given to have the graves lined in some way.
