Decentralised Energy & Heat Metering Framework

Genesis is looking to procure a framework for De-centralised Energy Systems and Heat Metering. The framework is divided into five Lots (A-E). Lots A, B & C relate to meter reading and billing whilst lots D & E are consultancy services and contractor works. Lot A relates to software for in-sourcing utility billing.
