Roof Replacement - Phase 1

The works consist of the removal of the failed single ply membrane flat roof covering to the main and lower roofs of the accommodation block. The works are to include; installation of a new elastomeric modified bitumen waterproofing membrane system including thermal upgrade and associated perimeter junction detailing and internal refurbishment works to address deterioration caused by long-term moisture ingress.The proposed works include but are not limited to the following items :- 1.
