Structural Resurfacing Work - MMD Commercial Port and Portsmouth Area - Framework Agreement 2018

Portsmouth City Council - the 'Council' - is inviting expressions of interest from experienced contractors for design and construction of structurally engineered surfacing suitable for the storage of containers at MMD Shipping Services Ltd (MMD) located within Portsmouth Harbour. MMD is a private sector organisation which is wholly owned by the Council.
