Fish Factory Re-roofing Works

The Fish Factory is a late 1930 built two storey steel framed building with roughcast rendered masonry structure and has a hipped roof of profiled asbestos cement. The majority of the ground floor area is raised approx. 900mm above finished wharf level, with a small loading bay area to the south elevation.
