The project comprises the renewal of roofs to Maisonette blocks within the Lowedges area of Sheffield. These blocks have recently been inspected following storm damage to adjacent properties of a similar construction type, and are considered at high risk of damage if similar storms were to occur, with roofs in a generally poor condition.
