Adult Weight Management Service

Bracknell Forest Council Public Health requires a Commercial Community based organisation to facilitate the delivery of a Tier 2 Weight Management Service across the Borough of Bracknell Forest. The Service will be aimed at people who are in the obese category, in the adult population or those who are overweight with co-morbidity.
