Demolition of Eckington Housing Office

North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is seeking to procure a contractor to successfully carry out the demolition or removal and site clearance of the former Eckington Housing Office at Gosber Street, Eckington. The area is shown on highlighted red on attached plan 17245 and is a single storey timber framed port-a-cabin designed structure approximately 12m x 10m which has been in situ since the late 1980s.
