Tender for the role of development partner for developing a residential led development with under a 250 year lease across three council owned sites adjacent to Larkhall Park.

The three sites next to Larkhall Park are currently underutilised and have been identified as an opportunity to deliver a high quality residential led development to include a policy compliant level (50% onsite with 70% Social Rent 30% Intermediate Rent split) of affordable housing.
