Care and Support at Home Spot Provider Framework Market Engagement Event Invitation

As part of the new Care and Support at Home service model, from 1st May 2017 Southend-on-Sea Borough Council will have a regulated framework of spot providers who are suitably experienced and skilled to provide care and support at home.
