Specialist Homeless Practice (inc Special Allocation Scheme)

The current APMS specialist homeless contract expires in March 2018. The service is being re-procured to facilitate transition to a new service model, effective from April 2018. Additionally, the Special Allocation Service (SAS) will be procured concurrently as part of this contract opportunity (albeit, with a later start date for the SAS contract of 3rd July 2018).
