Kirklees Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy team to support the development of a Dewsbury Town Centre Living Plan, Dewsbury Economic Investment Plan and the Dewsbury Long-term Plan by undertaking an appraisal of viability and potential land use options in the town centre.
