Expression of Interest: Supporting the delivery of Notting Hill Carnival for a five year period from 2024 to 2029

Kensington and Chelsea Council is providing financial support for 62 months and covering Carnival 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028, plus the debrief process for Carnival 2028 for the organisation and conduct of Notting Carnival to deliver a safer and successful annual event that continues to celebrate the important historical and cultural aspects of the Carnival.
