Support Carers of people with dementia in Stoke-on-Trent Pilot

Stoke-on-Trent Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking expressions of interest to tender from suitably experienced organisations to coordinate a pilot project that will support Carers of people with dementia in Stoke-on-Trent.
